we’re a (metrics-free) beat-based cycling studio with a focus on connection and finding presence.
our beat-based cardio classes focus on endurance, strength, the individuality of our team, and not taking ourselves too seriously along the way. we know that trying something new can feel intimidating, our team is here to support and celebrate you from visit one— all you need to do is sign up. new faces are welcome in any class!

our schedule opens up tuesday through the following monday of each week on sunday at 12pm for everyone (& 8am for members). book classes for yourself & guests through our app!
bike setup is key.
bike fit will be unique to every person, can take a few rides to get right, and will adjust with you and your needs over time. lauren walks us through our general suggestions for your first class riding on our stages sc2 indoor bike for our beat-based classes. it is always our goal to help you with your bike fit in your first class at the studio. we hope this helps & can't wait to meet you when the time is right.
