no such thing as ready.

recently opened in january 2024, we are a new community with big experience in movement & love for our Seattle community.

we highly recommend getting the bhn app as the quickest way to book & stay connected as we get going.

all pricing is listed below - first class is 2 for $20 or 2 weeks unlimited for $55.

let's begin again, together.

let's begin again, together.

we are a new, yet experienced, local business specializing in rhythm-based cycling and presence to the moment. while we certainly have a vision and hopes, we can only really discover what will be created here once we can do this together. thank you for your patience as we figure out the details and set up.

if you are not on our email list, now is the time! we are working towards a “messy open” in december with a full schedule in january& that email gets the details first!

we have a team that is so excited to be back in the collective energy of Capitol Hill, a cycling studio, and an in-person community. Be Here Now has so much individual meaning to each of us involved and we look forward to learning what it will mean to you. tl: dr, there will be (stationary) bikes and a music-driven experience led by some humans that have been tucked away from the fitness scene for a bit.

so, while we continue to figure this out, do us a favor and sign up for our email list so we can invite you in first and, idk, loop you in on the pre-opening fun. hey, if you read this far… the mutual curiosity seems obvious. don’t play it cool because we definitely won’t.

we can’t wait to meet you… soon-ish. ;)

so who the heck is…

jen bunder

a feeler, a former nurse, a big sister, a scorpio sun, aries rising, cancer moon, a believer in people, and a heart for the power of community, movement, and genuine connection.

originally from cleveland, oh, jen has spent the last 10 years building a home & life in seattle. in the time since, she has worked in the seattle fitness space after leaving her career as an operating room nurse. she recognized the ways movement supported her through her career transition and many seasons of life. she has been continuously inspired by the genuine communities and entrepreneurs she has worked with over the years. in 2022, she completed a year of grad school studying psychology, and she put that education on pause when the opportunity to open this studio became a reality. in each quarter completed, she found her focus returning to understanding self worth & the impact of grief.

jen’s IG has become her reflection space & these days holds a great deal more of her story, if you are into that kind of thing. but more than anything, she can’t wait to meet you in the studio, in community, or out in the world when the universe crosses our paths. big love, big curiosity, & thanks for stopping by!

more on the team coming soon-ish :)
