clear is kind: at this time, all credits, memberships, and class packs work for both locations! we do our best to offer transparency as a growing business & keep our prices as accessible as possible. because of this, we do not have any additional discounts (seasonally or otherwise). we are a small business that focuses on paying our people first, growing our experience and amenities. please see included expirations, commitments, and details of each.

bike setup is key.

bike fit will be unique to every person, can take a few rides to get right, and will adjust with you and your needs over time. lauren walks us through our general suggestions for your first class riding on our stages sc2 indoor bike for our beat-based classes. it is always our goal to help you with your bike fit in your first class at the studio. we hope this helps & can't wait to meet you when the time is right.
